As TEAM's Vice President of Client Services, Daniel directs comprehensive client services, project management, and content operations for a leading marketing agency. He manages a team of 20+ professionals while driving strategic growth initiatives that have secured significant wins, including Aston Martin, Florida Blue, MINI, Amazon, and L'Oréal. His leadership approach focuses on developing high-performing account teams that consistently exceed client satisfaction and retention goals.

Daniel has shown outstanding expertise in building and transforming marketing organizations throughout his career. As President of BOOM Marketing, an MDC Partners agency, he led full-agency operations, managing over 45 professionals and a $25 million P&L while driving award-winning campaigns for premium brands such as Nutella, Corby Spirits & Wine, and Clorox. At Zimmerman Advertising, he oversaw a $29 million integrated media portfolio for major retail and education clients while establishing valuable sports marketing partnerships with major league franchises.

Daniel's expertise spans various sectors, including automotive, CPG, retail, financial services, and sports/entertainment. He fosters sustainable competitive advantages by aligning creative strategies with business objectives to achieve measurable growth. A natural connector and mentor, Daniel cultivates and scales high-performing teams through empathetic leadership and talent development.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Sports Management from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. He actively contributes to his community as a Board Member of Covenant House Florida, a volunteer for the MS Society, and a fundraiser for the Movember Foundation.
